3. We are so confident in the reliability of our equipment that we offer *free replacement of hire equipment in the case of equipment failure. (*Only genuine equipment failure accepted, we recommend calling one of our customer happiness agents to check that equipment is set up correctly to avoid human error. In the case of human error we charge a $89.00 inconvenience fee for an out call.)
