We offer two types of screens:
A large 6x4m inflatable screen, which is attached to a blower for easy setup.
A smaller 3x3m white screen, set up on two telescopic poles and base plates, ideal for more intimate gatherings.
What type of projector is included?
We provide a BenQ 3700-lumen HD projector, which delivers clear, vibrant visuals and is best suited for nighttime movie screenings.
What sound equipment do you provide?
We offer Bluetooth speakers for easy connection to laptops or other devices streaming the movie. These speakers deliver high-quality audio, perfect for outdoor environments.
Do I need to set up the equipment myself?
You can if you feel up to it. However, you can contact our team for a quote to provide full delivery, setup, and pack-down services. Our team can ensure that everything is set up properly and ready for your event so you can sit back and enjoy the movie.
How long does it take to set up the screen and projector?
Setup usually takes about 30-60 minutes, depending on the screen size and the event location. Our team handles all aspects of installation to ensure a smooth and timely setup.

Do you supply bean bags or popcorn machines?
Unfortunately, we do not supply bean bags or popcorn machines. However, you are welcome to bring your own seating and snacks to create the perfect movie night atmosphere.
What time of day is best for an outdoor movie?
Our projectors perform best at night. We recommend starting your screening after sunset for the clearest picture quality.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak times like the end of the year, school holidays, or major sporting events. This helps ensure availability for your preferred date.
Do you service areas outside of the Gold Coast and Brisbane?
We primarily serve the Gold Coast and Brisbane areas. If your event is outside these locations, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
What are the power requirements for the setup?
We’ll need access to a power source to run the projector, speakers, and for the inflatable screen blower (if using the 6x4m screen). A standard outdoor power outlet is usually sufficient.
Can I stream movies from my laptop?
Yes, our Bluetooth speakers easily connect to your laptop. Simply stream your movie from your preferred service (e.g., Netflix, Disney+, etc.).
What happens if bad weather affects my outdoor movie event?
We understand that weather can sometimes be unpredictable. If bad weather is forecast, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to reschedule your event. However, because our equipment is reserved in advance, cancellations or rescheduling may be subject to a fee, depending on the notice given. We’ll always aim to be as flexible as possible.
