3.If your enquiry is outside business hours and your designated customer happiness agent is not available it is automatically forwarded to other customer happiness agents that can help you.

4.The use of this system means that you will never be left high and dry, you can count on us to get back to you in record breaking time with the best advice and solutions – you could say supersonic fast!

1. We know there is nothing  worse than audio visual equipment letting you down at an important event. This is why at Supersonic we only stock top quality brands that you can rely on.

2. Our gear is regularly serviced and checked before every job to ensure ultimate performance.

3. We are so confident in the reliability of our equipment that we offer *free replacement of hire equipment in the case of equipment failure. (*Only genuine equipment failure accepted, we recommend calling one of our customer happiness agents to check that equipment is set up correctly to avoid human error. In the case of human error we charge a $89.00 inconvenience fee for an out call.)
